Pure Cleaning (Scotland) Ltd

Unfortunately we were severely let down by Pure Cleaning. Had them booked (with email confirmation) for a deep end-of-tenancy clean, but on the morning where they were meant to arrive at 9am I was having to chase them after 10am to find out their whereabouts. Got through to Reception who said someone would call back. Didn't get a call back, so called Natalia on her mobile who told me there had been a mix up (a lady had called to rearrange the booking, despite me not being a lady nor calling to rearrange. There was also no email confirmation of this change), and so we were left high and dry with no further help offered from Pure Cleaning for the day. Reached out to Sparkling Horizon Ltd who, whilst expensive, were able to get a team of three cleaners to the property within two hours and did a great job. My advice would be to avoid Pure Cleaning and look elsewhere as they are, unfortunately, unreliable.

I had this lovely company come out for a full deep clean on a flat and I am over the moon with the result, the cleaning team done an amazing job, they went above and beyond and the flat has never been this clean. So impressed and grateful. I would highly recommend this company for their great work, professionalism and care!!

We called Pure clean last minute to do a thorough deep clean at the end of our fit out project. They were happy to accommodate us and did a fantastic, efficient job that our client was over the moon with.

As a business we expected a high standard of cleaning and a transparent breakdown of costs. We got neither. We found the people we spoke to rude and unhelpful, emails go unanswered and charges higher than quoted. It was clear that the cleaners had no training and were not supported by the company. Not recommended.

Fantastic company. 3h for a 1 bedroom flat and had it spotless, my full deposit returned after with compliments for the standard of cleanliness. Highly recommend.

I contacted Pure Cleaning for last minute assistance when my daughter was leaving her private student accommodation and needed professional cleaning for end of tenancy. They stepped in and did it superbly and reasonably and I highly recommend them. Thanks to Natalia and co.

We have used Pure Cleaning Scotland’s service for the last 6 years and have been very happy with their service over the years. Zofia has been very through and we have build such a good relationship with her over the years that she has become part of the family. We are now moving away from Scotland and we will miss her weekly visits.
