Premier Carpet Cleaning

Northampton householders describe the carpet and upholstery cleaning carried out by this company in consistently positive terms. Reviews repeatedly single out the transformation of hall, stairs and landing carpets, with stains lifted and fibres revived until the flooring resembles something newly laid. Sofas and rugs are cleaned too, and the same outcome is reported for both. A technician called Kostas is named frequently and described as courteous, professional and knowledgeable, someone who takes evident pride in the finish; Timos is also thanked for his manner and competence.

Punctuality and reliability feature prominently, covering punctual arrival and, in one instance, a same-day appointment after a pet accident. Communication before and after the work is another recurring theme, with clear quotes and fair pricing noted. Customers also appreciate practical advice on cleaning products and ongoing care. Tidiness and consideration for the property are mentioned, alongside the speed of the work relative to room size. Stubborn marks are said to be dealt with thoroughly rather than left behind. Upholstery restored to a usable, refreshed condition is a description that recurs, and the technician's care with furnishings is highlighted.
