Preen + Clean (Manchester)

Preen & Clean was founded in 2019 and is a family-run business. It operates across Yorkshire, Lancashire, and Derbyshire. The company uses pure hot-water technology without chemicals or detergents, and water-fed pole technology. It cleans glass, frames, sills, and doors. Services include window cleaning, fascia cleaning, and gutter clearing. Rhys Lacey is the Account Manager for the Manchester team. Preen & Clean has over 20,000 regular customers. It provides appointment reminders the day before scheduled clean.

Didsbury homeowners describe the window cleaning carried out by Preen + Clean as thorough and meticulous, with several customers noting that glass and frames alike are left looking noticeably brighter once the work is finished. More than one review highlights punctuality and reliability, saying appointments are kept and arrival times communicated clearly beforehand, and the politeness and professionalism of the cleaner who attends is a point that comes up often. One customer thanks Jacqui by name for the finish achieved on a first visit, while others remark on the same courteous manner each time.

Customers who booked online report a straightforward process, and the care taken around garden plants during the work is singled out as considerate rather than rushed. First-time clients describe being pleased enough to rebook straight away, while longer-standing customers say they have passed the company on to friends and family. The service covers both windows and frames, and the careful work around planting, combined with the bright results on glass, is what prompts repeat bookings and personal recommendations across the area.
