Hi I have been getting Platinum to clean my windows for a few years now. The guys are always pleasant, they are reliable and do a great job. They are respectful towards your property. They are also good at keeping you updated on any changes to schedules etc

Well I have only had the service from Platinum Window cleaning once .As I have had a lot of problems in the past with poor window cleaners I feel with my recent experience I can say Platinum are an improvement from the rest I have experienced .What I did like about Platinum they offer direct debit so you aren't looking for money on the usual round the doors collection .They texted me when they were coming and when they take payment after your windows are cleaned .So all in all they seem to be more professional and organised .You may have to pay a little more than some standard window cleaners but for the service and organisation I feel it is worth it for a more professional service and reliability

So far so good. Moved to Platinum exterior cleaning a couple of months ago and everything has been as good hoped for. Communications are good, prices fair, window cleaning really good and it's all hassle free. No need for collections after service as it can all be done by direct debit - makes life easy. You are advised in advance when cleaning will take place and you have a guarantee to have it redone if there is an issue. Staff are great and very friendly. Big recommendation from me.
