What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Oven cleaning that restores appliances to a like-new condition is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Hull-based business, with Darren named repeatedly as the person carrying out the work. Customers describe ovens, range cookers and barbecues emerging gleaming after thorough treatment, including door glass cleaned between the panes, sparkling shelves, and in one case a replacement light bulb fitted as part of the visit. Several reviewers highlight punctuality, noting that Darren arrives when he says he will and works efficiently through a job that can take around three hours.

Communication comes up often too, both in arranging or rearranging appointments without fuss and in the advice offered afterwards, from caring for an Aga to guidance on a split door seal. Tidiness is praised, with work areas left spotless and no mess made during the process. The booking experience is described as straightforward, and customers mention being so satisfied that they intend to book again annually. Oven cleaning, range cooker work and barbecue cleaning are the services that reviewers refer to most, along with the helpful pointers Darren provides on maintaining appliances between visits.

Many thanks to Darren at ovengleamers for coming and cleaning our first ever Aga that we inherited when we moved house recently. Not only did he make it look like new he gave us lots of valuable advice and tips plus reassured us as we were a bit nervous about the whole new “Aga way of life!”.

Darren communicated well and arrived promptly. He was polite and respectful of our home and gave us many tips and pointers in how to look after our aga along with pointing us to some very useful Facebook pages/groups. The before and after photos are just amazing and all in a 3 hrs visit. Highly recommend and will be using his services again.
