Northern Cleaning Services

Northern Cleaning Services has been in operation for over 30 years. The business was established by Billy Murphy in Belfast and is based in Belfast. It provides specialist high level window cleaning services to the public and private sectors, using the Reach & Wash System. Clients include large high street organisations such as banks, offices, education establishments and factories.

The service most often described is window cleaning, with fascia, soffit and guttering work recurring alongside it. Thoroughness of the finish is a point that comes up often in Belfast, where windows, doors and PVC surfaces are said to have been left looking new after building dust and smears were removed. Reliability is repeatedly mentioned, with the team characterised as well organised, easy to reach and methodical in its approach. William is named in several accounts and praised for honesty after advising that guttering did not require attention, sparing a customer an unnecessary job, and his manner is described as pleasant rather than pushy.

Quotes are said to be clear and pricing competitive, particularly for commercial premises where streaks and fingerprints had been a persistent problem. The team is described as friendly and personable throughout, and a local business owner records that the standard of work was meticulous and consistent over time. Several customers say they have returned for further jobs or passed the details to neighbouring businesses, which suggests the experience is repeatable. The accounts point to careful, honest workmanship on windows, gutters, fascias and soffits.
