Very unprofessional and unreliable service. I am very disappointed with the experience overall.I would never recommend this cleaning service to anyone!

Reliability and good communication are the foundation of any service business, and unfortunately this company failed on both. Despite giving them another chance after the very first appointment, they forgot the booking and only came later in the evening after I had to cancel all my plans and rearrange my day. As it was a new startup, I still chose to trust them and booked monthly cleaning. However, the second time they again cancelled last minute, saying they had taken another client and could not come at the agreed time. This repeated lack of planning and respect for my schedule was extremely frustrating. Last-minute cancellations without a valid solution show a lack of respect for customers’ time and commitments. Despite this, I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for a dependable cleaning company. If you value professionalism, clear communication, and keeping commitments, I would advise looking elsewhere.
