Mobile Oven Clean

We will never be calling this company again. Bad, horrible service. Completely unprofessional. Rude, bad attitude, egotistic, boastful, condescending, sarcastic remarks made by the guy, Danny, to us and towards the job. From the communication to the actual clean day it was very unprofessional. The delay in getting back to us for a quote, delay in understanding what we were asking, quoted the wrong price and then increased it. He had an overall very condescending behaviour, attitude and speech. He even spoke negatively about his team blaming them for the communication mishaps. He made a mess, did not clean up after and did not do the job properly. Other companies that we've called in the past have never given us such a bad experience and that is why we will never be calling this company again. The most disappointing thing is the guys condescending attitude, it was worse than the job that he didn't do properly. One can always forgive for not getting things perfect but a negative attitude is never acceptable. The fake politeness and speech were very obvious, he talked negative unbelievably, unnecessarily, complained all throughout about doing the job that he chose to do. He had the audacity to boast that he did such a good job over and over. We just wanted him to be gone.

I though my oven was clean, He even asked me to look. What if didn't do was wipe a cloth over the seemly clean oven. I spilt something on the oven door later that evening, and on wiping these splatters, imagine my shock on discovering the grime coming off. Everywhen inside the oven, the grime came off!! I contacted them about it, but apart from thanking me for my ''POSITIVE' review, ignored, a follow up. And now been contacted again by them that its time again for getting my oven clean. I said that they owed me a clean. BUT HAVE BEEN IGNORED!!!!! The picture will show what i was removing from the bottom of the oven, even the rubber corners had grime in. See the photos attached.

Absolutely brilliant job done. Danny called in advance so we were readly for him. Our Elam was totally sorted and left looking like new. A first rate job and outstanding service call.

Absolutely terrible service from Mobile Oven Cleaning Services. The oven was supposedly cleaned, yet parts were left completely untouched and uncleaned. I reported the issue immediately and was told it would be escalated to the manager. My wife also spoke with the manager previously, who stated he was “looking into” our complaint, yet nothing was resolved. After chasing them three times over two weeks, the matter was still unresolved. On the fourth attempt, I finally spoke with the manager, who seemed to have no time for me because he was out with family. When I questioned why it had taken over two weeks to arrange another visit, he became defensive, dismissed my concerns, and abruptly ended the call without providing any answer or resolution. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, and no accountability whatsoever. They clearly do not like being questioned. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. Poor, poor, poor service.

Unbelievable service, from initial contact, through to Danny's communication on the day, my oven looks brand new and the kitchen left spotless. Would highly recommend these to anyone,

Company very professional Danny rang about 20 before he was on his way to put the oven on the work done by Danny was excellent my oven looks like new will definitely use them again

Danny was punctual, polite, and really thorough. My oven is spotless and looks brand new again! Couldn’t be happier with the service, highly recommend.
