First time dealing with this company and I must say it was a real pleasure, from the first moment of contact to the last everything was easy smooth and went without any problem whatsoever, they asked us to visit a site a survey the system, which we did for a set price, within that price we was able to sort out a problem that we came across, we also advised that other works may need to be done in the future, invoice was sent & Paid in no time at all, I wish all other companies where like this, so all in all we would definitely work with this company again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The Window Cleaner is superb. Ronnie is super friendly, responds promptly and a pleasure to deal with. Neil has cleaned our windows twice now. He's super polite, efficient and careful around people on the pavement cleaning our windows 3 floors up. I could not recommend them highly enough!

After calling around, I chose The Window Cleaner, because they provided immediate and human quote/ were flexible with the number of cleanings per month/ sent me their insurance certificate before I confirmed the booking/ communicated on WhatsApp, promptly replying all my questions. They surprised me further by offering to do a second wash if any watermarks appear on the next day (happens with very dirty windows ;) They done that second wash (for free…) Well, they obviously know about going an extra mile…! 😊
