McShine came to my house today and what a lovely company they are! Their response was fast, the price was fair, and the whole experience was excellent. They came to clean my oven, which I just couldn’t manage myself—it was in really bad shape, and I had no idea how to tackle it. McShine came with their “super powers” and made it spotless! Their communication, customer service, and punctuality were all on point. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. Thank you, McShine!

Had an 'end of tenancy' service yesterday. Don't get me wrong, the cleaners themselves were friendly. But I'm not very happy with the organiser of the clean, Martin. Firstly, he showed up late. Then his whole team of cleaners were late. Secondly, he decided that the £180 quote was not sufficient for our house and that he'd have to charge us £250. We asked why that was and he stated the kitchen was dirty. The only thing that could be considered as reasonable to charge extra was the oven. So £70 for an oven clean seemed a bit ridiculous if we are paying £180 for the whole house. He seemed shocked that we challenged him and didn't really have much of an argument. We are a young couple so he may have thought we'd just bend over and pay the money. In the end, we decided that £210 was fair. However, after the service was finished, he kept badgering me for payment with texts and phone calls so I sent the money before being able to check the property. This morning, I checked my property. The fridge was still wet, and crucially, the oven is still filthy. I don't know whether this was done intentionally to screw our deposit over because we had haggled with him around the £70 extra charge. Either way, the service is not complete as we had agreed and we are very unhappy. It is our last day having this property and we were backing on this expensive cleaning service to guarantee our deposit back. With a dirty oven, the estate agents will likely charge us £100~. So we've paid £210 to be charged another £100, at least. Thanks. Avoid if you don't want to be conned or disappointed.

I paid £500 for after-builder cleaning and waste disposal, but the results were disappointing. While the house was somewhat cleaner, it was far from spotless. Dust and dirt remained under the kitchen countertops, between the induction hob and countertop, on window frames and sills, and in various other areas. Sawdust lingered in cupboards, and cobwebs were present in some corners. Additionally, they marked the freshly painted walls and scratched the staircase railing. Although they initially left disposal materials in the back garden, they returned to remove them about a week after I complained. In the end, I not only wasted £500 on a subpar cleaning service but also had to pay for repainting the walls and touching up the staircase railing. Now, I am searching for a reliable cleaning service to properly clean my newly purchased house. I would definitely not recommend this service.

I contacted them early morning as my cleaner (form another service) had cancelled the same day and I was set to move out. Crystal was super helpful, kind and got in a cleaner within a few hours as it was an emergency. The cleaner did an amazing job and I was super happy and satisfied with the service!

Not only the worst cleaning company I’ve used, but the worst company I have used period. The owner Crystal is extremely rude, impatient and conducts business like she is doing us a favour. No!! We are paying you for a service. I will never use this company again. I have never had a company speak to me in such an undermining rude manor, I’d strongly advise you to go on a customer service course or something.

Very thorough, house cleaned to a very high standards, arrived on time, booked on short notice, very satisfied customer. Will hire again. 2nd Review: I used this company again almost 6 months ago and I was very pleased with the level of cleaning. I had also requested carpet cleaning this time and they gave more than 100% to make sure all stains were removed going over the dirty spots more than once. 5/5 stars again.
