Unreliable cleaners and poor management – Avoid Maid2Clean Northampton We turned to Maid2Clean Northampton expecting a professional and reliable cleaning service based on their fixed rates. Instead, we experienced three weeks of complete unreliability and stress. For two weeks in a row, confirmed cleaners simply failed to show up. In one instance, we arranged to leave work early to meet a cleaner named A at 4:00 PM for an initial interview; she never showed up and gave no warning, nor did the agency reach out to inform us. After complaining, the branch manager, Cayley, asked for a second chance to rectify the situation. She booked a cover cleaner, B, for a Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. Incredibly, within 2 hours of receiving the booking confirmation, the cleaner text us to say she couldn't make it. When we called back to demand an immediate cancellation, a representative named Jenny tried to convince us to stay by stating they hadn't sent us their "most reliable cleaner" yet. It is completely unacceptable that after multiple failed no-shows, the agency admitted they still hadn't bothered to prioritize our account with dependable staff. We have now cancelled our account. Maid2Clean Northampton completely failed to deliver on their promises, and their lack of communication caused nothing but frustration and lot of stress for us. Word of advice to future customers: Learn from our experience and do not let this agency tie you into a contract or take your money before they prove they have dependable staff who will actually show up.
