Punctuality and professionalism come up often, and the crew is described as courteous and respectful, taking care to protect surrounding surfaces while working.

Tidiness after the job is another recurring point, with no mess left behind. Communication is praised as clear and quick, and the company is said to be flexible when last-minute cleaning is needed, rearranging its schedule to accommodate Airbnb changeovers. The booking process is described as straightforward and easy. Customers value the absence of harsh smells after oven cleaning, and the finish is consistently reported as looking new, with extra time spent on heavily soiled appliances.

The team is described as helpful and willing to go beyond what was expected, which has led several clients to use the service repeatedly for both domestic and rental properties. Results on ovens, hobs and extractors, alongside general house and kitchen cleaning, form the core of the feedback, with customers noting sparkling surfaces, fresh-smelling rooms and attention to detail from countertops through to floors.
