Flawless Fibres Carpet Cleaning

Caitlin did an incredible job on my very worn in, very old and very stained living room carpet. We moved in 5 years ago and the carpet needed replacing then, due to heavy foot traffic from the last residents. So, as you can imagine, the carpet was very dirty. Add 1 old dog , 2 puppies, an 8 year old and a newborn along with our own foot traffic and I didnt think there was any saving it. All I asked was for 4 months of life from it until we replace it with hardwood flooring and Caitlin did such an incredible job that it far surpassed what she thought would be achievable and absolutely blew me away. The carpet, minus the inevitable wear, looks brand new. Not only was the finished result beyond expectations, Caitlin was lovely, chatted with me throughout, was honest about the results I may get, ans cracked on like a woman on a serious mission. Not all carpets will come up as well as this one did, and nobody was more surprised then me but it was definately worth booking and taking the chance. My house smells a million times better regardless of stain results! Caitlin was completely understanding of our situation and didnt bat an eyelid at the source of my current house embarrassment. I cant thank her enough! Worth her weight in gold! Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We've used Flawless Fibres twice now to freshen up carpets after decorating and to remove a stubborn stain from a woollen tweed chair! The service has been excellent both times from the initial quote to completing the job, and we would recomend her to anyone.

So grateful to Caitlin for an amazing and responsive service to clean my mum’s riser/recliner chair to enable her to use it again promptly. When Caitlin heard our situation she had no hesitancy offering to help on the same day and has done a really amazing job on the chair which now looks as good as new. Highly recommend and thank you !

Excellent service from start to finish! My sofa needed a refresh and looks and smells like new again. Caitlin was professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Caitlin is amazing! Our new home feels like home now after Caitlin has refreshed our carpets. Super friendly and outstanding work! Cannot thank you enough, and cannot recommend you enough! ❤️
