Unprofessional company. Had to chase them up about sending a confirmation email for the cleaning job. Called me last minute saying they can’t come leaving me without a cleaner. Not good customer service

I booked their service 2 days ago and they came to clean my 1 bed flat today. Three ladies cleaned the property first and a gentleman came later to clean the carpet. I can say they are very professional because they have good facilities and their work only takes 4 hours. I noticed 1 area is missed and call them, they came back to clean that after 1 hour. I send the video to the landlord and he is happy to return my deposit. I came to write the review by myself because I appreciate their work. I’m stressful because the landlord would like me to use his personal cleaner, and the cleaner visit our property changed her mind (increase the price from £300 to £625), which scared me. The landlord’s cleaner also blamed the way I live so she needed 25 hours to clean the property. CM cleans Ltd saw the video I shared with her and she accepted it, and never changed mind when she came. The price is at the mid of the market, and they didn’t increase even though I booked very late. I found all the cleaning companies have good reviews online so I don’t know who should I trust. I think it is a correct decision to choose them for me. Such company should be known by more people because the end-of-tenancy cleaning fee should be transparent. Thank you for your good work!
CM Cleans Ltd are a professional, polite and thorough company for cleaning. We’ve had a full deep clean of both a house and apartment (check-out service). Both services were done extremely well, with a great result! Highly recommended and will continue to use going-forward. *wet carpet cleaning was also a bonus!
We have recently used the limescale removal and after builders cleaning services provided CM Cleans Ltd for our newly refurbished rental property. The team has done an incredible job with a great attention to details, making our property look much better and cleaner. The communications were excellent too.
