Clean Great

CleanGreat is a family-owned cleaning company founded in York. It provides domestic cleaning services, including regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, and end of tenancy cleaning. Its service area includes Leeds, Bradford, and York, and it has expanded to Manchester and London. CleanGreat also cleans offices, gyms, and other commercial spaces. It accepts only the top 2% of applicants through its screening process, which includes interviews and in-person test cleans.

CleanGreat cleaners have at least two years of professional cleaning experience. The company is fully insured and offers a 100% Happiness Guarantee with a re-clean at no additional cost if not satisfied, and a full refund if still not completely happy after the re-clean. Extra services include ironing, laundry, inside windows, inside fridge, and inside oven.

Leeds-based Clean Great has built a loyal following, with reviewers emphasising punctuality and thoroughness as the defining features of the service. The standard of the finished result recurs throughout feedback: kitchens and bathrooms are described as looking as good as new, and Ines and Suzy are singled out for preparing a property for a move. Communication receives consistent praise, whether through a straightforward booking handled by Fred or support staff who prove friendly and quick to answer queries. Flexibility when schedules shift is another theme, noted by a client whose household has received a regular cleaner for more than four years.

Reviewers frequently describe the pricing as competitive and the work as efficient, punctual and good value. The team is commended for accommodating particular requests and adapting to individual needs, while the cleaners are consistently portrayed as professional and pleasant to have in the home. Long-standing patrons express appreciation for the reliability shown across repeated visits. Attention to detail and courteous staff emerge as the qualities mentioned most often, with a domestic cleaning arrangement lasting several years standing out as evidence of sustained satisfaction.
