C.I.A Cleaning Services Ltd

Promptness and clear communication recur as the themes reviewers return to most often when describing this Reading cleaning company. A handful of customers describe end of tenancy cleans carried out while they were away from the property, with updates kept flowing throughout the work, and one account recalls a team arriving on a bank holiday to deal with flooding from radiators, using a special machine to extract the water before leaving the flat looking fresh. Patio and driveway power cleaning is singled out for being done exactly when promised, and the same reviewer notes the result was spot on.

The professionalism and helpfulness of the staff come up repeatedly, with one customer describing a difficult job that demanded considerable patience and was handled capably. Advice on drying out carpets after a flood is mentioned as a helpful follow-up touch. The range of work covered in the feedback takes in end of tenancy cleaning, carpet and upholstery care, window cleaning and exterior power washing, with teams arriving when they say they will and keeping customers informed before and after the job.
