Rob was great, from start to finish, his communication was responsive and clear. He sets high expectations for the service that customers receive. Rob has a great employee in Jake, who clearly takes pride in his work and delivers a great service. Initially we had a few teething issues with a new starter, however Rob was quick to rectify these issues, planning around his teams busy schedule, and enabling Jake to come from a different job to ensure the finish was up to scratch. Absolutely brilliant service by Jake from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time, introduced himself, and was very polite and professional throughout. Worked tirelessly all day and did a fantastic job on both the front and back garden — it’s come up looking like new! Really impressed with the attention to detail and work ethic. They’ll also be coming back to re-sand the front drive once it’s fully dry, which is a great touch. Highly recommend!
