Bonus Cleaning

Extremely unprofessional. I booked them last week, and they strictly demanded that full payment must be made by Sunday. I paid the full £505 upfront on Sunday as agreed. However, they left the job half-done this Monday. They failed to bring basic equipment like a vacuum or a carpet steam cleaner, leaving the carpets covered in rubbish and floors completely dirty. Before I paid, they replied to my messages instantly and were so active. But the moment they got my money and walked away leaving a messy house, they vanished. I have emailed them repeatedly from Monday to Wednesday, and they are completely ignoring me. Absolute breach of contract. Avoid at all costs! (See photos for proof)

Needed help cleaning paint off wooden floors in whole house after a bad paint job. They did an amazing job, cleaned the whole house and got rid of all the paint which wasn’t easy at all. Would definitely recommend

I recently had a move-in clean done by Silvia's team, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, thorough, and left every corner sparkling. A special shoutout to Silvia—her expert tip completely got rid of mould in the bathroom grout that I honestly thought would never come out. Thanks to her, the bathroom looks brand new! I highly recommend Bonus Cleaning for anyone looking for a top-notch cleaning service.

This is an overdue GLOWING review of Bonus Cleaning from January ‘25. Our mother had passed away suddenly and our father had struggled to maintain their flat. Vasiliy put together an absolute ROCKSTAR team for me with a mother and her daughter and son and his girlfriend. They worked at a military pace for a full day with me and came back again the next day to steam clean once we had cleared out enough space. They were ever so kind and gentle with me and I would not have been able to have restored the flat to the condition we achieved without them. They were compassionate, gracious and ever so humanly kind. They helped me in more ways than just cleaning and I will forever be grateful for them. The look on my Dads face when he returned back to his flat was worth everything. The sense of relief in his eyes and restoration of a little bit of peace in an impossibly tragic situation was an invaluable gift we all needed. Bonus Cleaning went above and beyond their duties and I cannot recommend them enough 🙏💝🙏

The best professional cleaning service. They are kind, thorough and complete the job in a timely manner. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Fast, reliable and very efficient. I can not fault this service. Cleaner was friendly and very professional. Very respectful of my property- even removing his shoes to walk upstairs. Mattress is like new 😊

Booked Bonus Cleaning due to their excellent reviews online and was not disappointed. We had purchased our first property and wanted a deep clean before moving in. The property was in a really bad state (oven was so dirty you couldn't tell the door was glass) and had lots of features requiring additional cleaning (dado rails and picture rails in addition to skirting boards, multiple pane sash windows etc). Bonus cleaning came with a whole team and cleaned the entire house until it was spotless in around three and a half hours. Being pregnant and moving into our first home had been a massive stress, and coming into the property all beautifully clean was so calming. Definitely worth the money they charge, could not fault them and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your excellent work!
