From start to finish, everything is handled with real care and professionalism. Clare, the manager, is absolutely fantastic — friendly, organised, and always quick to respond. She makes the whole process effortless. A huge shoutout to Sarah and Claire, the cleaners who come to my house. They are brilliant at what they do. The team had to complete a full house clean on a rental property that had been very much neglected by the tenant. It took 3 of them 6 hours for a 2 bed house so you can imagine how bad it was. On checking it, it smelt clean and in immaculate condition. Would highly recommend this company
Toni and Craig are absolutely fantastic. I have had a number of professional cleaners over the last seven years and out of everyone, these two have been the best by miles. They are reliable, consistent (I find standards tend to slip after first few cleans but these two have been coming for a very long time and are still top notch!) they are great with my kids, flexible, really gentle and nice with the animals-my dog loves them! They are really nice friendly people and such hard workers. They have a high standard of cleaning which I love. These two never disappoint, I would be lost without them.
After having some work done to.our house I was keen to keep it looking nice so decided to try a professional cleaning firm. I spoke to a few but felt Beck& Call listened best to what I was after. I am really pleased with their service. I generally have the same team at the same time and it's a treat to come home after they have been. My house is really clean and it really is a professional job.
I have 2 regular cleaners who call once every two weeks on a set day and time. Excellent service, the ladies are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Extremely trustworthy and have good attention to detail. I cannot fault Beck & Call's service, they have been excellent and would highly recommend.
